Set HTML allowed_tags in WordPress comments

HTML/XHTML filter that only allows some elements and attributes. Setting wp-includes/kses.php from line 298 (WordPress 2.9.1). Make Kses allowed HTML elements into comments. happy :D~~ http://amplify.com/u/1uc6
